INSHUR offers an easy and convenient way to get insurance quotes. My experience was very simple and straightforward. That being said. They have a lot of room for improvement. If you pay your premium online through the "Payment" option on your invoice you are in good shape. If you make your payment by check through your bank then it would behoove you to call them and have the account department verify your payment on the day your check clears. For some reason the electronic payments and the check payment are not being interfaced as one might expect in this day in age. I found this out because five (5) days after my check cleared I received an electronic invoice for a past due payment. This situation is not a deal breaker but it goes to show that there is definitely some details that need to be addressed in accounting. That being said, I do recommend this company.

Very bad customer support. Its been over a week since i paid my down payment and have yet to recieve my policy. Countless phonecalls and usually they dont answer until the end of the day when “representatives” are gone for the day. If you leave a message you wont get a response. Have to constantly call to make sure someone is doing something or you’ll be in a waiting game. Employees forget the customers whos case they are handling. Cannot get in contact with anyone who knows what they are talking about. “you should be reciving your document in 5-10 mins.” ... “ the rep says she doesnt remeber putting through your application” (but i have an email with her name saying she put it through) all around bogus. There arent any updates on the progress of your application. If you thought hey let me use an app its easier IT ISNT WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE STAY AWAY.

I am having a horrible time with this company. Today I found out that American Transit (the quote I happened to pick to sign up with as a commerical policy) did NOT notify the DMV that I had coverage with them, EVEN THOUGH the DMV reached out to them for confirmation. This is shady business I do not recommend this app to anyone just go through a regular broker who will look out for you and advise you every step of the way. Now I might have to pay another $625 for a plate letter and get a private insurance policy AGAIN until I can find a better commerical policy that will do their part.

I had a very good experience with INSHUR. The customer service is very professional and those who are behind the phone speak very clear and solve any possible issue. If you have any issue with your regarding your insurances policy just call them or email them. They right away fix that. Cheers.

Been using them for a year now. App is easy to use made getting TLC insurance quick and easy without having to travel to an office. Everything is done via app and when I had issues I called them or emailed them and they took care of me super friendly and helpful staff. Thank you guys!
