Customer service was bad. Tried to call and they couldnt transfer me because the phone was broken. The online banking is constantly messed up. The worst thing is they put money in my account that wasnt mine a month ago, only reason it was discovered is the poor person asked about their money. I didnt know because I closed the account, now Im paying the bank almost 1000$ due to a mistake they made. Do not bank with these guys, Ive had nothing but bad experiences.

By far the worst bank to deal with I have ever been acquainted with. Service is awful, notifications awful, interest rates awful, availability awful. I have tried using this bank twice, to support local business for one and the second my spouse wanted to give them a try again both experiences far from par. A person is better off with any other bank in Nevada or the country.

One of the ladies that works here is extremely rude and unhelpful. If you are connected to her, just hang up. It is easier that way. She is not willing to do anything. The other ladies there that I have talked to are very helpful.
