I have had an auto loan with them that I had to get refinaced with another bank because they kept losing my payments whether it was an auto pay, mailed personal check, or walking in and paying in cash in person. They would never call me back, I have had a very hard time with this bank, the service is terrible and no one was willing to help me solve any of the problems that they have created. I am beyond happy that I do not have to deal with this bank anymore.
