We had money stolen off our card because someone cloned the Tinker Federal Debit Card we had. Before this happened they promised for months we would get the chip card. We never got the chip card until after a lady stole hundreds of dollars from our account. And to top it off Tinker put over draft protection on the account after we repeatedly said "no" to overdraft which is how the lady was able to put us in the hole for several hundred dollars. Its like pulling teeth to try and get the money back which we still have not gotten.

Made me wait to cash a check from one of their members until they called them to verify, then they charged me $3 to cash the check. I did their member a favor by accepting a personal check for a vehicle, and was told I could cash it first thing Monday morning when I explained that I did not want the funds to be held for 7-10 days. Even theft supported by policy is still theft.

I use this location on weekends, but EVERY time I go in there is a super long wait. I live in Owasso, put in a branch in Owasso! The staff is helpful enough, but my goodness, those wait times, two thumbs down.

Awful customer service ~ sat in the lobby for 20 minutes and got absolutely zero assistance. There were no other customers,, all the employees were talking or on their computer.
