I have been needing to switch insurance companies for quite awhile due to excessive premium increases (~33% each year) I thought it would be time consuming and difficult and I had been with my old insurance company for 22 years so I kept putting it off. My only regret is that I waited so long as I could have been saving money sooner. Matt made this process seamless and easy. He went over each line item in both auto and home policy to make sure I had appropriate coverage in every area. He was a pleasure to work with and he is organized, efficient and knowledgeable.I highly recommend him and his staff.

I have just recently went with Matt Flinn as he was referred to me by my boss. First of all, I have had geico for 7 years and just dropped them to join State Farm with Matt. I did this because he had great rates, answered my call within the 24 hours of my inquiry (after I called and search over a dozen insurance companies) and he was friendly and very thorough. He explained things to me about the insurance that I was unaware of and noticed how much geico was exactly what I paid for, cheap. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Matt and his company.

I just recently went to this office in Redmond WA, and was so nice found a very professional and straight to the point staff, I highly recommend the insurance representative Grace Lovera , she is extremely helpful and has advised us on what products we should consider. Very happy with dropped Geico and join State Farm.
