We switched to Insurance Services of WA after having horrible experience with our old agent at Allstate. Not only did we save money but hands down the best customer service experience, I can always reach someone and get any concerns addressed quickly. I was in an accident late on a Friday night, I called Debra, one of the agents and got a response right away from her, she helped get me a tow truck and start the claim. They managed and processed the claim smoothly and guided us step by step until it was settled. My husband and I recently bought a new car, I emailed about the car and right away they provided us with a break down of our coverage options. The new car was added to our policy first thing that morning! Would highly recommended them for any insurance need!
