Very personable and relatable. I was informed of the process and all procedures. Updates were on going even when there was no change to be mentioned. I had been hit twice in the past and solicited 5 star tv friendly firms only to be treated as time goes by a has been actor . I never felt alone or forsaken during the physical therapy era . I recieved 3 times the settlement i recieved from my former tv star studded firms. All three accidents were the same and injuries were similar in nature.
