Shannon Western

Professional courtroom experience, but their front office support and technology is seriously lacking. They were unable (refused by the manager on duty) to provide an encrypted email with some of my important documents. Literally the ONLY way I was told that I could obtain them was to physically pick them up (no faxing or mailing out either). To make matters worse I have to pay an extra 35$ fee for this unwanted physical transaction. This has also cost me time off work and gas. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this lack of service and care for their consumers.

The attorneys at Boleman Law DO NOT get folks with financial trouble on track all on their own. They have a team of assistants that help them and unfortunately, are not recognized for the incredible devotion they display to each individual client. With that being said, I would like to publicly thank Debbie Edwards for all of her hard work and commitment she put into my case. Any client that has Debbie Edwards assisting their attorney at the Boleman Law Firm is very fortunate and will not need to worry. She is very personable, respectful and gets things done.
