Having stayed at many St. Regis over the years across the globe, this particular hotel left me feeling very unhappy. I would not recommend staying here if you have expectations of any sort of decent service from the staff, short of the concierge. Ben, the primary concierge we spoke with, was fantastic but the rest was unknowledgeable about even the basics of things to do beyond the four walls of the hotel. The service of just staff around the hotel was especially poor, when you consider spending $1,500 or more a night on a hotel and there was virtually no one to open the doors to the hotel. Other little annoyances, like no trash cans anywhere, can be especially daunting when there is no staff to take trash and the lobby looks like a war zone of coffee and hot chocolate cups strewn about because of lack of facilities. The nightly smores and hot cocoa were nice touches for the kids, but again there were issues. The idea of reusing wooden sticks that someone else could have put their mouth on were grossing my wife out. If you have kids, or even like food, I would also steer clear of the restaurants. The food is far from kid friendly and frankly for the money I am better served anywhere else. Lastly, I scheduled a car for 4AM and coming down to go there was no car and they had screwed up the time for 4PM!! Needless to say with two little ones waiting for the staff to figure out how to get a car was painful. I have no desire to return to this hotel and they could use an entire management staff change. I could go on and on about all the horrible experiences I had, but I’ll stick with just leaving a single star.

Our large family had the Saturday morning buffet. The property was well kept. Our wait was 5-10min with reservation and the dining area was not full. Food selection in the buffet was slightly limited compared to other high-end hotels. There was an omelette station and the option of pancakes, waffles, and French toast (was not available this visit). The pancakes and waffles were delicious and probably the best I have tasted. The service staff was great and was very attentive.

This hotel is immaculate. My sister in law had her wedding here and it was an amazing setting. The hotel is up off of the main streets and accessible only by a funicular or a gated road up the back way. Its located on the slopes of Deer Valley so there were skiers riding down during the outdoor ceremony that really added to the winter wonderland vibe. The grounds of the hotel are stunning and the staff is as professional as they come. Truly a 5 star hotel and resort!

My wife and I used one of the suits. We were assigned a butler and she did and excellent job, thank you Dulce. Because it was our wedding anniversary they spoiled us with flower, a congratulations card, beverages and treats. The transportation service to Park City, which included car with driver, allowed us to share more valuable time instead of being busy driving. It was a really rewarding experience, I widely recommend it.

The St. Regis is a cozy, classy hotel with great service and amenities. I went there for a company Christmas party, but I got a sampling of the rooms and amenities while I was there. I would definitely go back for a snowboarding retreat. The only compliant about the room I was in was that the bathroom had zero privacy. Why have a swinging glass door to the toilet? Makes no sense. But I know not all the rooms are like that.

The St Regis Deer Valley is a beautiful hotel nestled into the mountains. The location is fantastic. Take the elevator down and a ski valet puts on your boots and you ski out. Take a funicular ride down just to take photos. Shuttles into town. Hot chocolate apres-ski and great service from the staff. Nice spa, gym is well appointed. J&G is amazing. Nothing to complain about!!

This place has an awesome restaurant, great, wait.. not just great, but very professional manner. Totally worth your time and money to be here. The food is amazing, including the dessert. That chocolate cake just melted in my mouth. Wonderful!! The view was great.. Go here for a date or just bring family here (not sure about kids). It is an awesome place!

Dinner took 3 1/2 hours...service was terrible and kitchen was backed up. We did have a large party, but this was inexcusable. Half of our party had to send food back - only to get it back 1/2 hour later. It took 1/2 hour to even see a server at the bar. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was absolutely horrible in the bar and restaurant.

I am a local resident. The remote control to my garage/home were stolen from my vehicle while in the care of the valet. The response I received was "we are not responsible for items left in your vehicle". The service at both the restaurant and bar were mediocre at best. I would think twice before ever staying at this hotel.

Perfect location for skier, right across the street from deer valley resort. Also provide shuttle services many locations in park city. We took the shuttle to main Street or park city resort and take the free bus back. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the resort and enjoyed every second of it. The spa was amazing and Ive never had a massage any better, Sutton is a huge part of why I will return this winter for our annual ski vacation. The bar made some of the best martinis ever as well. Thank you!

Visited during the summer. I can see how the location would be perfect in ski season, skiing to and from the resort would be fun. Here in the summer the service is great and all the staff make a good effort to get you everything you need.

Kind of inconvenient. You cannot drive up, only down. In order to get to the hotel, you need to take a funicular.
