If it were for me I would rate no stars. I have nothing against StateFarm, however the independent agency at Brian Burklow office clearly has no customer service skills when it comes down to their agents. All i need was a refund for an ERROR they admitted they had made, they made me lose money out of my pocket. I am a single mother and they took advantage of me. DESTINY, whom gave me a run around to get my refund, she gave me incorrect information, so when i called the office back to speak with Destiny, I let her know how frustrated, felt unappreciated and given the run around. She practically laughed in my face and mocked me, repeated what i said and just told me to call who she told me to call and disconnected the call. Horrible, horrible experience! The worst part is I called back to ask for the supervisor and she answered and immediately said no to my request and said to never call her office again. Wow, unbelievable, no professionalism from this office. If you guys want to be mistreated or ripped off go ahead and call this office and speak to Destiny.

Within the last year I made the switch over to State Farm. A decision I am beyond thankful for. With my prior agent it always felt like a hassle anytime I alneeded or wanted anything. Those problems no longer exist.The company itself is amazing but the people at this office make it even better. Even in the most hectic of situations, like when my vehicle was stolen. They go out of their way to be hospitable, kind and courteous. Each visit is very friendly and my agent, Dinakay. Has been the light at the end of the tunnel. She gave me more coverage and Extras including, renters and earned hospital income. And She still saved me over $80 a month! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quote, a change or just better service all around! Dinakay is a life saver!

I got discounts for grouping 3 different policies and I am very satisfied with the customer service I have always received from State Farm, also they seem to be more valuable than other insurance companies. 5 years ago I was also in an accident and State Farm helped me as much as they could through the claim process. Horrible, horrible customer service. Worst state farm agent ever. Was with state farm 20 years before having been forced to switch to Brian due to my previous agent retiring. Just switched to Amica, and the customer service is great! They actually return emails and phone calls unlike Brian and Destiny. State Farm should reevaluate his agency worthiness.
