I had a car get loaded. Took about an hour because they screwed up the load line paperwork. But the fork truck driver saw us waiting and asked us what car and in 10 min it was loaded. This place is 10000% better than the other iaai lot. The people there are worthless. I think they fire people with IQs over 70 at the one on W. Mount. At the N houston location I asked 1 guy where a lane and number was and he tole me exactly where to go. I was very impressed.

Staff is rude and somewhat uncooperative, I know they deal with alot of people but they do get paid to render a service and not attitude
