My experience at Stanton Optical@Fountains of Farah in El Paso,Texas was horrible. The first time I went I bought two pairs of glasses. They said it was buy one get one free however my glasses came out to $450. Then we asked why the price was so high and we were getting buy one get one free but then they said has to do with fees and charges that we chose. We only kept one pair of glasses. When I got them they were scratched both lens. However, I went back because I had wear and tear on those frames to replace the lens only. Then I was told to wait an hour they seemed to have very little staff to help you. And so I waited just to pick them up and after I checked them out they were broken in the frames the bottom of the frames broke. This happened when they were fitting them to my frames again. However, several times I have gone to this optical and had horrible results. They take your money and they false advertise just to make you pay a lot of money and for what broken frames in the end. Wasted money in my opinion. Thank you for your time and attention. Just go somewhere else.

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE CLOWNS, THEYRE SOOOO MONEY DRIVEN ITS CRAZY. MY BUSINESS DIDNT WANT TO JOIN THE BBB SINCE THEYRE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND THEY GAVE ME AN F RATING!!!! I THOUGHT THEYRE GOVERNEMENT AGENCY - WRONG I THOUGHT THEY WERE HONEST=- DEAD WRONG I THOUGHT THEY WERE THERE TO HELP OUT THE CUSTOMER= WRONG THEY CLAIM TO BE A NON PROFIT AND THIS AND THAT BUT THEYRE ALL GETTING FAT PAYCHECKS. IN CASE YOU KNOW WHO I AM, YOURE RIGHT, I WILL KEEP VOICING MY OPINION ELSEWHERE.

Extreme Window Cleaning Service came to my house this morning and cleaned over 40 windows. I have used 2 previous services and these people are a real game changer! They were punctual, courteous,efficient, and pros from begnining to end! They cleaned my windows and screens both inside and out until they sparkled. Some of the windows had paint and stucco on them but the residue was removed carefully and the windows were not scratched. I could not be more satisfied and will use them every 3-4 months.

Unreliable!! -I asked to the owner to augment an already standing pergola that THEY built - even helped to promote his business by recommending a neighbor. After a personal one on one meeting to request further work and a follow up phone call a month later - NO RESPONSE. Please do not use this guy. There is nothing custom about his work and once he collects his payment he can no longer be contacted.

I opened a complaint against Mountain Star Heating and Cooling. The staff later informed me that the company failed to address my complaint. However, BBB failed to publicize this fact on its website as it is required to do, allowing the company to continue to have a A rating.

If youre getting your windows replaced, stay away from Windows R Us. Except for my bedroom window, they installed all the windows backwards, left a huge mess in all the rooms and scuffed a few window sills. Very unprofessional.
