The staff is very welcoming and for it being my first auto insurance re-financing able to bring They Were down my percentage down ALOT! If your looking into an insurance with great customer service and a staff Also Having who is bilingual which I love, I would totally recommend this firm. If you are looking for an insurance company in which they can help in any respect, this is the place in which to go. People are very friendly and what I loved was that they are bilingual. Very friendly, very helpful, and patient to solve my problem with all the paper. Thank you so much!

My daughter and I made several calls and made visits to various insurance agents / brokers in Denton in effort to get the best price for her coverage as a new resident in Texas. Even visiting brokers that deal with several discount and highly advertised companies. With the lowest price that we found being at one of these brokers, I did not feel comfortable with our results or "agent". Having been with State Farm for many years I suggested we visit one of their offices, not just call. We visited Ricardo Sempertegui office. I worked with Christian Verdaguer and was very pleased. Chrisfian listened to our needs and understood our situation. He made suggestions but did not try to push coverage. He is very knowledgeable. We were able to get an acceptable rate with option of adding more coverage at a later time. The dicount brokers wers not any bdttdr. Ricardo and Karla have been great!! Auto Refinancing, Car Insurance, AND Renters Insurance, they have it all.I had been with Geico for 6 years with no problem, but Karla was able to get me the same coverage on insurance but $20 cheaper. Ricardo saved me about $2000 on my truck payment. 5 STARS!!! Awesome customer service, they have always been there when I needed them and are able to answer any questions that I have quickly and efficiently. Saving money and great customer service. State Farm is a great company, they pride their selves in treating their customers with the utmost respect. I am extremely satisfied with them. Iwould highly recommend them to anyone.

Over a year later with this office and come to find out the address for my renters insurance is still incorrect. This has been a horrible experience. The names on our auto insurance cards were flipped around and it took weeks to sort this out. No amount of the owner apologizing in text is going to help either. Steer clear of this office and shop somewhere else. P.s. dont listen to the fake reviews.

Layla is so sweet. Wonderful customer service! I would give 10 stars if it was possible. State farm is so wonderful. Layla helped me refinance my car from a 17% interest rate to 7%. She saved me over 7,000$ and was happy to help. Also i got the lowest insurance quote i have ever received thru state farm. Highly recommend to all friends and anyone looking for insurance.
