Is giving 0 stars an option? I contacted this office to get quotes for multiple home policies. They quickly quoted great prices, and I agreed to switch from my current provider. We set a date that the policies would be effective, which led to me canceling my policies with the provider. About a week later, I get an email telling me that one of the policies "came in at $680 instead of the $520 you were quoted." Additionally, because I had made a $2,000 claim in the last few years, they were unable to bind my primary residence policy unless, and until, I switched my auto policies to Am Fam as well. So, for my trouble, I got a policy that was significantly higher than quoted, MY PRIMARY HOME NOT COVERED BY ANY INSURANCE FOR A WEEK, and a mandate that I move all of my business to Am Fam. And yes, and I had disclosed the claim when trying to get a bid in the first place. I would not use these folks if the insurance were free.

Awesome agent and staff. My car was hit and although it was the other drivers insurance handling the claim, they helped me understand what expect and ask for so my car was repaired properly by professionals. Made a super frustrating situation manageable for me. Thanks!
