Would not recommend any of their services. I applied for an auto loan for $16k and was approved. The next day I go to get the check, they accidentally cancelled it, and I need to re-apply. After another credit check, they approved me the next day, but for $14,000, not the earlier $16k. I ask why the different amount? She says, "Well you got $16,000 loan on Monday and today (Wednesday) you get another $14,000 loan, what more do you want?" I mention that I was told by your employee that the other check was cancelled, and chic is absolutely confused....and she suggests ANOTHER APPLICATION AND CREDIT CHECK. Absolutely inferior bank.......go elsewhere!

The staff have always been courteous each and every time we have spoken to them either in the branch or telephone. They are very knowledgeable and helped us with what would be best for us. We love banking at Navy Federal and have referred and sponsored our children and grandchildren.

Great bank! I personally recommend them to anyone looking for a good bank. The only issue is that there is no bank app for the windows phone. But other than that Ive had nothing but great service from them.
