Went in today 11/28/2016 and spoke with a banker there named Chantelle, from the greeting to the finish of my refinancing, it was a breeze. Very clear instructions and a very easy process! Walked out with a great rate and glad I chose to do business here!

The only complaint I have is I always have issues with the outside ATM (keeps my card after finished, eats my deposit, will not acknowledge card, etc.). Otherwise, the staff and building are awesome.
