Hotel in good location in the town. Lovely scenery around. Beds were comfortable. Basic breakfast but it was free. Did not get to try the pool due a late arrival after the eclipse traffic. Had some issues with payment that were not our fault which led to them cancelling our room which we did not find out about until we were nearly there due to having no phone signal. An expensive international mobile call later ensured we were still getting our room using exactly the same credit card details they had before. Not what we needed after a 7 hour joirney that should have taken 3. This put a not needed stress on the start of the stay but otherwise it was comfortable. Good location for Mount Rushmore.

I would not suggest this hotel for a stay in the Black Hills area. There were many things wrong with our stay (showers went from scalding to cold in the midst of your shower without turning dials, breakfast was undesirable, rooms had an odor to them).

The room was as expected for a Super 8 - mediocre, but not bad. The TV was pretty small, but honestly most people watch things on their tablets now anyway. Kind size bed was very large and comfy.

A decent hotel for the price. Nice room, good housekeeping and good breakfast. The soundproofing is not that good, but it was not a problem when I was there (Sept-2014).

Very noisy neighbors. No fridge or microwave. Clean, but very thin, towels. No iron. Musty smell in hall. Comfortable bed. Nice variety for a continental breakfast.

No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms did not like that. But the rooms were comfortable and reasonable price. It did have an elevator. Really cool town.
