James is a fantastic agent. I sent over a client of mine who was moving from Las Vegas to the Dallas area about a month ago. I spoke with James ahead of time and asked if he would take care of my client. Needless to say, He went above and beyond handling not only my former clients insurance needs but he also gave them recommendations for local businesses (being that they were new to the area). When it comes to insurance agents you have a lot of choices. I do not know anyone who will work harder for you then James Jenkins Agency. They are nothing short of amazing. Most agents are lazy and just sit back and do not really service your needs. That is not the case with these guys. I have never seen an agency so proactive in their approach to giving what I like to call the "white glove treatment". Need I say more.
