Excellent. I contacted Miles via email, requesting an updated homeowners certificate for a mutual client. Not only did he call to leave me a voicemail, to confirm he received my request, he had his processing team jump right on it. I received the updated cert. less than 24 hrs later. I realize this is a simple request, but this kind of customer service/support goes a long way. I find that more & more corporations, lenders & ins. agents we work with, provide very minimal communication & customer service. Cheers to Miles & his team for doing things the right way!

Advisors Insurance Agency has exceptional customer service. I was very please with the responses I received from the insurance agent who set my new policy up. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right insurance fit me and made it hassle free. Even when I emailed him at odd hours, I still got a response quickly with the willingness to help. It is nice to get service where people want to genuinely help you these days as opposed to what we typically see now when reps. act like you owe them something. I am very please with you all.
