Hey gang. Just bought myself a preowned 2010 softail deluxe with super low miles and a really great price. The first person i met when i walked in the door was tommy (store manager, maybe part owner) and he was nothing but a first class great guy. Every question i had was answered, plus some great advice about my particular motorcycle, and others as well. Got to meet the whole h dog gang and they were just as nice as they could be as well. This was by far the best experience ive ever had purchasing a vehicle. After i pruchased the bike, tommy and the h dog gang made sure i didnt leave just with a bike. They gave us a few gifts to go along with the beautiful harley that i got a great deal on. Let me just add this to the ones before me who rated this place 4 stars or lower, if you walk in h dog with a smile on your face and a great attitude, you will be treated the same way and better (in my experience). If u walk in trying to be all hard and a bad ass with no personality, then i dont blame them a bit for not wanting to give you excellent service. But all and all, im 110% sure that they will greet me with a smile when i get service or anything i need, because i made the effort to get to know everyone just like the great people of harley davidson of greenville did for us. (wife included). Now we feel like were part of a great family at harley of greenville. Thank you guys so much for everything. It was a blast and look foward to seeing you guys in the future. The store itself is one of the nicer stores I have been in. Inside and outside the store the selection of both bikes and merchandise. That being said the old saying "Never judge a book by its cover..." thoroughly applies here. The problems began as soon as I walked through the door. It would seem the supposed hostess/ help desk seems to think that their job description is to read a magazine, play on their phones, or anything else but help the customer. Okay move on the check out counter and stand my turn in line. Waiting it two girls at the counter thought it was another customer honestly, nope she was an employee. So I was ignored again for another 10 or 15 minutes. Finally made it up to the counter asked to order an item, was told they do not carry it. Funny went online and low and behold harley carries it. To just some this up horrible, arrogant staff, and atrocious customer service. If you are looking to buy anything save your time and go to harley davidson in Anderson. The only saving grace here is the service department really is knowledgeable and helpful.

prices are higher than surrounding dealers , but there biggest problem is there SERVICE DEPARTMENT they SUCK really bad they dont return your phone calls two weeks of leaving messages and nothing left a message on the SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGERS voicemail still no reply what gives you just here for selling bikes and not taking care of your loyal customers. One thing i have found is that no matter what on the road a Harley owner is proud to stop and help another rider out but here you have a business who dont give two craps about us its time to stop supporting and over paying this business. The only time they get involved is when one of the local radio stations can come down to bike night or tues to eat wings. I hope yall get your stuff Together but for me Timms Harley Davidson in Anderson will be handling all my business from now on.

Years back I rode a shovelhead, went Greenville to try to get parts and got insulted because I rode a "dinosaur". That was 3 Harleys ago and probably better than 10 years. I recently bought a 2013 ultra, and after shopping around, found that Greenville gave me the best price on the bike. I have been satisfied with the purchase and my service work on the bike. It will be a while before I buy another bike, but I am well pleased with this transaction. I went to 10 dealers and several times was told by salesmen that I would have to pay MSRP.... Greenville beat them all on price.

Brought my wide glide in on Saturday morning & told them I had to be on the road again ASAP since I had to be back to work again on Monday in FL. Got the parts we needed for our Harley when our friends broke down on the side of the road on their trip from Michigan in 1 hour we were on our way , Timms in Anderson said it would take a week and at least 20 more dollars to expedite the shipping ! Great job guys in Greenville Harley Davidson !

Rode into town to visit a friend and stopped in to pick-up some fluid for the scoot, I had a couple requests for service to help me wire in some ECM stuff ... so I spoke with Gary who said "can you bring her by in morning?" I said "!#×* yeah" - great way to take care of an out-of-town rider!

Came in, really not knowing anything about bikes except that I was pretty sure I wanted one, and I wanted it to be a Harley. Staff took the time to help me figure out the best bike for me, gave me information about safety classes, too. Great experience. I highly recommend them.

Harley of Greenville is very cool and they display the bikes well. They carry a full array of Harley-Davidson accessories . If your a fan of Harley-Davidson stuff and can afford it, Harley-Davidson of Greenville has almost everything. Very nice atmosphere

Worst customer service I have ever encountered, they treat customers like they are doing them a favor. they do not realize customers keep them in business. Rude employees and management incapable of fixing issue. Go somewhere else for your Harley needs.

I have always owned a Harley and have visited many Harley Davidson business in the Upstate but Harley Davidson of Greenville is by far the best! Great staff, always friendly! They also do great bike nights with Quaker Steak that are always fun.
