Hello. When I saw that Bernie was putting together a few testimonials for his website I decided that I should say a few words on behalf of Bernie and his wonderful law firm. I had run into some trouble a couple of years back and I needed to find legal representation. Just by asking around in my own family I found two former clients of his that were very satisfied with their outcomes. I decided to give Bernie a call. Best move I ever made was calling Bernie immediately. He was able to meet with me right away. He made me feel at ease and was understanding and completely non-judgmental. He walked me through how and when everything was going to happen in the courtroom, and advised me on the best course of action to take. Needless to say, I was completely satisfied with the results. So, why would I recommend calling Bernie? First of all, there’s Bernie himself. If you ever needed someone in your corner to fight for you he is the man you want to see. He really knows his field and, more importantly, your options. He also seems to know everyone at the courthouse downtown. Everyone I talked to there either knew him by reputation or had worked with him in the past. That alone really made me feel better. Furthermore, his law office is filled with competent, friendly, personable, and professional people who really love to help. Honestly, you would swear it was a family business by how well the staff functions together. I have worked in a lot of offices in my time and I’ve rarely seen the kind of cohesion his staff demonstrates. To sum up just let me say this. The Law Office of Bernard Tully and Assoc. are great attorneys and great people in general. First of all is the secretary in the office is very polite and will get your messages to the attorney in a timely fashion, (Mary). The para legals are well knowledged on how to handle the cases they take on, and the Attorney Bernie Tully is a polite man and very knowledgeable and gets you the results to your case in a timely manner. I personally have had the personal experience of using Bernie Tully as a defense attorney in a case, and my mother had the opportunity of having him handle her auto accident case for her. Also to note the fees are really reasonable compared to other attorneys fees. Once you meet him either on the phone or in person, you will be glad you have his office handle your case for you.

I meet Mr. Tully at a moment in my life then I was confused and scared, I was involved in my first car accident and within hours the insurance companies starting calling and they there not concerned about my condition at all. I was just asked to sign papers which I did not understand. If not for Mr. Tully and his staff I would have signed papers that would have hurt me later.
