I was in BIG trouble and needed help financially. I had dug a financial hole and fallen into it. I COULD NOT GET OUT. I "googled" the word BANKRUPTCY and there were a list of attorneys. I called 2 attorneys before speaking to Navid. When I spoke with Navid, I found him to be very helpful. He talked to me like I was a human being and indicated he could help me. He helped me to feel comfortable with my decision to file bankruptcy. He was not PUSHY; he offered me an opportunity to come into his office to meet with him to discuss my financial situation. He took one look at my situation and guaranteed me he could help me. The cost was VERY VERY VERY reasonable. He legally coached me through my process. He comforted me with words of encouragement prior to me going to court because I was nervous. Navid Kohan did a bankruptcy filing for me and it was the best thing I ever did. The process was not as hard as everyone says. Mr. Kohan really tried to make the BK process as easy on us possible. We were pretty scared and nervous of the hearing but our hearing which consisted of maybe 10 questions lasted not more than 5 minutes. I am so happy with my experience. Best Attorney you will find! I called several offices to get pricing for a chapter 7 BK, most firms wanted to charge you a premium depending where there office was located (i.e Burbank, Sherman oaks etc), not this office.
