RELIABLE, COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL! I purchased a heat pump last year from this company. After doing my research and shopping around, they had the best price on the better equipment I wanted. The owner actually came to my home on a Saturday for a free estimate. The father/son installation team worked quickly, answered my questions and was very friendly. When the work was complete, they provided me completed rebate forms, product registration and federal tax credit information. It is also nice to know I will see the same technicians each time I have service (2x yearly). If you want personalized, dependable and fairly priced HVAC service, they are the one to call.

We have been having an issue with our heating/air conditioning for the past 2 1/2 years. Two different service companies indicated it was an issue with our thermostat. After changing it 3 times, we had enough and called Doylestown Air. They diagnosed the actual problem immediately, made an affordable repair and everything works like it is supposed to with out a trip up and down to the reset switch. They will be our first call from now on.

Doylestown Air has been servicing our oil boiler for the past 10 years and we are have been beyond happy with the service. The technicians are always respectful, courteous and prompt. John has also come out several times after hours when we were in a pinch. We will definitely be calling Doylestown Air to replace our boiler in the next year or so, as well as possibly adding AC. I highly recommend Doylestown Air. From the first visit by the owner for a service consultation, to the service installation by the techs, the entire operation was very professional. Their prices are very reasonable and there were no unexpected surprises added to the final bill. Honest, dependable and reliable!!!

Called to have a heater and AC inspection. Wanted to sign up for a service contract. I was told someone would come between 11 am and 1pm. No one ever showed up. I called and asked to speak with the Manager...she was NOT available and NEVER returned my call.
