We had our roof replaced last November 2012. We worked with Adam Olson and it has been very disappointing. We have concerns about the workmanship of our roofing job. Adam is very difficult to get a hold of and when you do, he will tell you he will do something and he does not follow thru. It is May 2013 and we are still trying to get someone to come and look at our roof. We talked to Adam last week and he said he would be at our house last friday and he still has not shown up nor have we received a call from him. This has been our experience with him. We never thought our experience with Western products would be so bad. We have sent several letters to customer service and no one has contacted us to hear concerns. We will never use Western products again. What a disappointment.

Almost 20 years ago we built our house near Detroit Lakes. At that time Western Products did our siding, gas fireplace and stone work. Now we are having our home converted from LP to Natural Gas. Lance L. came to help us with our questions regarding our gas fireplace. He has been most helpful in getting the parts that we need to make this conversion. Also, he did give us an estimate regarding 5 replacement windows. We may not do that this year (because we are doing our gas conversion)...but when we do we will be calling Western Products back for that work to be done...because we know that the price will be fair and the work done right.Bruce and Linda Luthi

We had Western Products remodel the outside of our house with new seamless steel siding, soffit, fascia, windows, patio and entry doors along with new gutters. We were so happy with the product and the crew that did the installation. They were very efficient and neat in their work and appearance. We loved our experience with Western Products so much that we had our shingles replaced by them as well. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering an upcoming home improvement project.

Great patio door, great installation. The people that sold us the door were very thorough, and told us all about it. We had many questions and they answered them all. These people are great to deal with, and I will be calling on them when we need to replace our windows. The installer was very professional and answered all our questions, and also did a great cleanup after the work was done. Great company, great people.

Everyone was very professional. Herb Volkert, our installer, is a master craftsman. The quality of his work exceeded our expectations. He worked on our house like it was his own, woodwork is cut perfectly, always using a tarp and vacumming, etc. We are very satisifed with our new windows! The only disappointment is the screens are poorly designed.
