I had a really tough case filled with many facets that I believe added many challenges above what most would consider a routine workers comp casse. Stuart Smith and the team at David and associates were there with me through the entire process taking place over 2 long years. Stuart and staff handled my every concern in a very personal manner that made me feel valued, their number one concern was always the quality of life I was going to have following the end of my case and never rushed me to make a single decission. My case started as an over the road truck driver, I was employed in NC and following my third surgery moved to PA and recieved a foutrh . During this time my case turned into special claims, and was turned over to a complete new medical team. The communication never stopped and today I am fully recovered and financially sound thanks to Stuart and the very able team at David & associates!
