My initial contact with this law firm was excellent. However, my case manager Rhonda M was slack. She never responded to emails, so I would call her to read the email I sent her. She also did not explore her options for getting in contact with other business. I had to tell her she could fax letters as if she did not know that was an option. My assigned attorney was Jeremy and from our conversation it seemed he would only take the case if it was clear cut. (If it was that easy I would have not contacted them) Although when I met with Bowden himself he told what he would argue in court. Nevertheless it seems like a great law firm for personal injury if your case is easy, but if it is more complex I do not believe their staff is willing to do the work.
