Made initial call after hours, left message and Mr Nickel replied quickly from his cell. When I got back to my email, he had already sent the information I needed. Gave his honest appraisal of my situation and possible outcomes. (In fact, he has a section on his website that discusses my situation in detail). Told me in the first email what costs I could expect.

After two questions we were told that they could not help us. We are currently working with a different attorney who is at least attempting to help our situation. Also, if you leave a negative review they will harass you in attempts to have the review changed. I had a poor experience, so I am leaving a poor review.
