I have never been so disrespected in my life by a insurance company. I was hung up on by Jackie and then called back and was disrespected by some guy. I work for a dealer and was calling on behalf of there customer. Im very disappointed and hope they fix it. Often customers ask us for our opinions for insurance and we refer insurance companies that do good business. I strive to have all business dealings with customers positive even if they dont buy from me, maybe they will refer a friend because of the positive experience.
