Pros: I am giving this driving school 4 stars based on my experience with the instructor who was Luisa. I had an evaluation class with Luisa about a week ago, she was very professional, patient and very enthusiastic. She went above and beyond during the class. I really enjoyed my class and will book any future classes with her. I highly recommend her!! Cons: I had an emergency and had to cancel my first class after giving a deposit of $40 dollars. Although their policy states that you have to cancel within 24 hours, I was expecting some courtesy rescheduling it being that I was a new client and my reservation was made with less than 24 hours. So I lost the whole $40 dollars and my first class end up costing me $108 dollars

I started driving lessons with another school before coming to Ferrari and the first thing I noticed about the instructors is the huge difference in attention and detail when instructing student drivers. I had the privilege of being taught by Ivan Colon. He is by far one of the best instructors that I have had lessons with. He definitely took his time with teaching me all that I know. Patient, detail orientated and just a lovable guy. I have had no issues with working with him or the school and proud to say that I was able to get my license. I would definitely recommend anyone to check this school out and especially to request Ivan as an instructor. He was really cool and dedicated to teaching what he knows. Thanks again!!!

Memorize his name when you get scheduled for lessons ERVING. This is who you want, this is who you NEED to pass. I was your typical scared first time driver who needed the right kind of instructor who was patient and tailor lessons according to my needs and Erving did all of that and more. He even made the learning experience a fun experience and I was able to overcome all of my fears and pass my test. Don’t let his straightforward demeanor fool you he is a sweetheart and amazing at what he does. Thank You Erving looking forward to getting some highway lessons with you!

Kenneth Coloma is an excellent Driving Instructor. I passed my road test on my first try because the simplicity and clarity of his teaching methods, patients, his very helpful tips and my confidence handling a vehicle improved immensely. I am very thankful that he helped me build a solid foundation to become an even better driver in the future. I perfected parallel parking during one car training. Ivan is a great instructor. He is patient and is always on time. I had anxiety about driving and he put my mind at ease. I continued my lessons with him until my road test which I passed. Due to scheduling, Gary another instructor took me to my road test. He will equip you with last minutes tips and instructions before your road test. I highly recommend Ivan or Gary.

Had a great experience with Luisa! She was patient and thorough and always positive. I was nervous driver at first and she was able to really calm me down. We drove all around the Bronx and parts of Yonkers, plus went on the highway. She was always positive too and I was able to pass my road test on my first try. I recommend taking lessons with Luisa 1000%!

Ferrari driving school amazing i just got my class A driver licence the experience was great Melissa helped me a lot i really appreciate what she has done for me the instructors most of them are amazing like Jose which its great teaching. Great driving school. I had 3 different instructors and learned a lot of tips and tricks to get ready for my test. They gave me the confidence to pass. Yobani, Ivan and Melissa were great instructors and very friendly too. Highway recommended and the 5 hr defensive driving course offered there is really informative and entertaining.

I trained with Martin yesterday. I was learning how to drive a manual class A truck. He was very patient with me and let me know everything I did good plus what I did wrong. Martin knows his stuff. Unfortunately I live upstate and I do not have enough time to get all my courses done in the Bronx. But it was a good experience.

I had a great time learning how to drive here. My instructor was Luisa Daniels, and she was amazing! She would explain everything very easily, and always made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel. A very funny gal, and a great instructor too. Passed my driving test in one try, and would definitely recommend this place!

My experience with my instructor Louise was amazing! She is patient and really knows her stuff!!! She is exceptional and she really make sure you understand before you start driving!!!! Erving the instructor was also very useful and helpful and give me pointers that were very useful. He also is lay back but direct.

My instructor, Luisa Daniels was a gem! Kind, calm, positive and informative the whole lesson and pre driving test. Made the arduous experience of attaining a NYC drivers License (after almost 30 years driving in my home country) a pleasant one. Highly recommend Luisa and Ferrari.

The customer service SUCKSSSSSS!!! customers pay hundreds of dollars for services NOT VERIFIED, COMFIRMED NOR UPDATED. FERRARI REALLY NEEDS TO RETRAIN THEIR REPS AND THE WOMEN THEY HIRE TO HELP OUT ARE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNINSPIRED.
