I went to Robert in April of 2014 with a complicated case. I had a pre existing injury and exacerbated the injury at my Job. I was immediately disqualified by workers comp. I spoke to Robert and he started my case. Once I signed with his firm he immediately went to work. Long story short after 2 hearings he won the 2nd hearing. I was given medical coverage I was given back pay and was also covered for my trips back and fourth from walker lake nv, to Reno 140 miles one way. In the end I was given the $ for a buyout and a P.P.D. award as well. I know some people think the attorney only takes money from you but without Robert Kilby I would have had absolutely nothing. His office staff are all very professional polite and smart. The treatment I received from everyone was 5 star all the way. Martha went above and beyond and Robert besides being a great Lawyer made me feel like a friend. He is not one of those men who acts like he is above the common man. Happy as could be. Mr Kilby and his staff assisted me with a workmans comp case. Mr Kilby and his staff were attentive, responsive, competent and very helpful. They answered all my questions and explained the process in a way that a non legal mind could understand He worked hard, was timely and followed through on what he said he was going to do. He won my case for me and I was very grateful for all his help. I have already recommended him to someone I will continue to do so. I hope I dont need legal help again, but if I do, Mr Kilby will be the person I call.
