I went in their cash in hand ready to buy wheels and tires found the wheels and tires I was interested in they have a huge selection so I was there for at least 45 minutes no one asked me if I needed any help when I got to the counter there was one guy working when I proceeded to ask him about prices for the tires and rims he picked up the phone and made a personal phone call I stood there thinking he was calling someone for prices here he was talking to a friend and bullshitting on the phone I asked him are you going to help me he looked right at me and totally blew me off glad I did not waste my money because obviously this company has enough money they can treat their customers like garbage you lost a sale and I will never send anyone there if anyone asks if I know anything about hot wheels city I will tell them they treat their customers like crap

Bought four brand new tires July 2015 from Hot Wheels City Madison Heights. In January 2017 I also bought four brand new tires for the same car from a different merchant. Within two weeks in July 2015, I had a flat. Took it in, Nothing they could do since it was a "slice" on the inside. Within three months of July 2015, I had replaced three of the Brand New Tires purchased from Hot Wheel City with used ones. I had a blow out, several flats with the tires I purchased from Hot Wheel City. Never Again. I called, I wrote, No response to my letters or phone calls. I have new tires from a reputable merchant who gave me a warranty and assured me if I have any difficulties to return to the store. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY FROM THE FOLKS AT HOT WHEELS CITY!

I needed oversized tires for my 24" Navigator Rims while traveling from Canada. Brandon took care of me in a thorough and professional manner. The tires were priced reasonably, and I was out of the shop within the hour, a huge help to our vacation. He even set me up with a wheel alignment at a local shop with a special discount, after he called on my behalf. A great overall experience.

Someone told me this was the place to get aftermarket wheels for my new car. I went here and the Salesman Jason was GREAT. I real picky and he was patient and helped me pick out the perfect set at a Great price and helped me out to finance a portion of the cost.

This people totally ripped me off. I had my car towed here and was told the repair would be $100 after the tow truck dropped it off the repair went to $250 bad karma coming for somebody.

They stole 1500$ springs off my car and replaced them with the cheapest springs on the market, then lied about it, wouldnt give the parts back, Terribly unprofessional DO NOT GO HERE.
