My wife and I just had the pleasure of working with Attorney Marco Schiavo. Wow! what an amazing experience. It all begun when we placed a phone call after hours and we actually received a call back from this attorney the following morning. There was no pressure but he just asked what we needed legal help with. He was flexible and really accommodated our working schedules. During the appointment, He explained things in plain English and allowed us enough time to ask questions. He was very personable and appeared to be a great family man who had his priorities straight (asked if we could switch our next schedule so he we did not have to meet him on his anniversary date- Kudos to him! because in todays busy world, it is easy to forget what truly matters). We have since called him again with more questions and yes he continues to return our calls. We would like to say Thank you and we would highly recommend our family and friends to him.

As a realtor in the area for over 18 years my afiliations are very important. I value my reputation above all and we all know that we are judged by the company we keep. Simmons and Schiavo are a perfect fit for me. Marco and Adriana are not only experts in their field but i love the fact that they take the time to listen to my buyers and sellers and really care about making the best choices with the best outcomes for my clients. Whether it is a regular client who wants to sell their home or someone who is under water and needs to rescue their life from the challenges presented by the current maket they take the time to listen and resolve. They are the best at doing short sales, regular sales, bankruptcies you name it. The fact that they speak Spanish is a plus. My Century 21 North Shore Chelsea/Danvers training demands the best and they are the best.
