I found myself in excruciating pain upon being rear-ended in an auto accident and needless to say, I was completely overwhelmed by trying to find a lawyer online at such vulnerable time. To make things worse, I learned almost 6 months later that my former lawyer never contacted the auto insurances and I panicked when I realized I would most likely have to pay for all related medical expenses out-of-pocket. That’s when I called the Bar Association, I was referred to Diller Law, P.C. and Mr. David Mehan took over my case. I have had total peace of mind to focus solely on my health ever since. Priceless. They were incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, treated me with impeccable professionalism and went above and beyond to make this process such a painless one for me e.g., when I couldn’t even drive to their office to go over related documents, Mr. Mehan found a team member, Dr. John, who lived nearby and personally brought the documents to me instead. Dr. John is an attorney and a medical doctor, I instinctively knew my case would be in good hands when I met him, and he was absolutely instrumental as he helped to evaluate my case and informed me of what to expect moving forward. When I moved out of state, Mr. Mehan made this transition as smooth as possible by keeping me posted on necessary updates, and sending me copies of all related documents upon settlement. I never had to do anything, literately. Being able to trust is imperative to me, and I highly recommend Diller Law, P.C. and their entire team. Thank you Mr. Mehan and Dr. John! I used Marc as an Attorney twice and both times he went beyond my expectation. The first time was for a car accident that I was involved it and it has been the first major accident of my life. He not only spent time on the phone with me making sure that I had a physical therapist I could trust and recommendations that would save me time and effort, but also called multiple times just to check up on how I was feeling. I didnt feel like I was just a pay check.. Genuinely good person I didnt have to check up on him working on my case which I have to do with most people in life. Although, I never met Marc in person, I felt as though I knew him personally. He kept me well informed every step of the way through my case and was always available whenever I reached out to him. He is polite, honest and courteous and not as fast talking and cunning as most lawyers. His knowledge in the field of personal injury was proven very quickly, I wish I had him representing me in my last personal injury case several years ago.
