Service was non existent. When the new AC was installed by incompetent Abvantage AC , they never got it right. It leaked freon from day one. After coming out for almost a year and a half. They are now saying they will charge me for labor if they come back. I will not pay them to come back because they have no idea what they are doing. They owe me due to the fact it never did work properly on a brand new unit in a brand new mobile home. Stay away from these assholes.

Yes the service is not the best in the world but that is because they sell so many trailers. But i have the perfect trailer, with the perfect price, with the not so perfect credit score. Yes you gave to stay on top of them to get thing done and harass them, but you get what you pay for. I am not complaining because i know my trailer could have cost $20,000-$30,0000 more if i went through anybody else.

Our customer service was great up until we actually closed on our home. We have been trying to get extra moldings and doors and other things for months now, but cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return our calls.

Very bad service not answering phone calls they delivered my mobile home with a door not closing right and trim falling off i called them for 2 months and still not getting anything fixed .
