I was hesitant to use an online mortgage company as I had never known anyone else that had, even though I know millions must. I have always believed that the local banks would get me a better deal or do things better. But, working with Patrick Furlong at eHome Loan Advisors quickly changed my mind. The process was fast, efficient and extremely pleasant. As a small business owner, banks look at your records more critically/differently than the average family, where both persons have a paycheck and have straightforward tax returns. Patrick was able to help manage the nuances of our tax returns and complete the process without any hiccups. I have referred a few people to him since our closing last year and will continue to do so. In fact, I just contacted him today to look at refinancing for a lower rate.

He does a good job communicating the steps, outlining requirements and is straight forward in his approach. We were upfront in the beginning and said we did not want a high pressure situation with lots of surprises and drama as closing time approached. This was acknowledged and delivered. These guys are the best, it does not get much better then dealing with Patrick, the owner of the company. He is there with you every step of the way, working nights and weekends for you, and answering calls/texts in all hours of the day. Being a broker, these guys hunt for the best loan for you, taking a lot of the stress away as you shop your loan. On the back-end, they typically try to get final approval on your loan a week or two in advance. I really appreciate the hard work of Pat, Josh, and Will. The staff at eHome Loan Advisors are what I refer to as Connectors. The author John Maxwell has written a book entitled “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect”. In this book he highlights the difference in those individuals who are “connectors”. Connectors are those people who will find common ground with customers quickly, understand their issues and goals and develop a partnership with that customer. This is the purest form of leadership and customer service. Everyone at eHome Loan Advisors are "Connectors". They are the GOLD STANDARD in the business.
