The decision to move to Paychex is the best decision we have made in the 3 years I have been with Home Helpers. The whole process from set up, implementation and going live with our 1st payroll has been seamless and we have been supported by our dedicated Paychex representatives each step of the way. The initial driver for changing from Prime Pay was the lack of integration with our scheduling, banking and accounting software (HomeTrak and QuickBooks) Paychex immediately eliminated hours of office time spent on manual payroll data entry and double entry employee set on the 1st payroll. Our current employees have benefited from the Paychex employee user portal. They have been thrilled with the ability to access pay histories, set up/ change direct deposits and withholdings information anytime online or app. After Paychex addressed and guided us through our immediate need we began implementation of the hiring and onboarding. Our industry has high turnover rate which has always been a heavy burden with in the office for hiring and onboarding. The move to Paychex hiring and on boarding has revolutionized how we recruit and hire, allowing us to get back to the personal touch with our new employees. This has paid office with higher retention, lower cost per acquisition and improved new hire satisfaction. I would be more than happy to talk with anyone who is currently considering a move to Paychex.

The Paychex, Kennesaw branch is to be avoided at all cost. I found the service and ethics to be terrible and would never recommend. They offered a lower rate to gain my business, then raised it claiming I was aware it was an introductory rate, BS. They then said they would give me a couple weeks free payroll and lower my rate back to the agreed rate, did not happen so I canceled and then got some other bogus charges.n Avoid at all cost

Love our service with Paychex. Merrill Hutchinson made the change over so easy. We previously used another payroll service. Merrill was awesome, in helping make the transition seem almost seamless. Always available when I called and quickly responded to my dozens of emails throughout the process. I have recommended Paychex to many of my business associates and look forward to a very long relationship with Paychex.

This place is the most frustrating, unorganized Mess I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to access my pay stub for 3 days, been on hold for more than 2 hours total still with no resolution. I will suggest my employer find another company.
