My husband was on workmans comp because of a car accident(he was in the passenger Seat in the work truck) for a year 1/2, we get a letter from the ambulance ride(from the accident) 2 days ago. I called up there to figure everything out, after finally getting in touch with them(7 times of calling back to back) they were nothing but rude and disrespectful! We dont have bad credit, we pay our bills, but this bill should bot have been sent to us it should have been sent to workmans comp. I tried to explain that to the lady(who refused to tell me her name), she started cussing at me saying that we need to pay our bills and how we were trash! I will not be disrespected like this!! I will be calling better business buro and if that doesnt work i WILL be calling news channel 12! No one has any right to be treated this way, no matyer the circumstances!!!

Called me about an ambulance bill my boyfriemds daughter racked up+ she was at amiranchos with friends goofing off and was dropped on her kneck on the curb. Goldcross took her to er per rcsd they had ger ibs info vut didnt process it. Her dad was at work so i signed. These people called me harassing me about the bill i told them she was 19 now call her or her parents they were rude and nasty so i advised them i was under chaoter 13 lady got loud and hung up. So u called back she advised she was the highest in charge andni needed to oay it bc u signed for ut. So u saud my attorney will handle her lol they blocked me

This agency is absolutely horrible-they sent a collection letter to my mother in error (it was not her bill) when we tried to correct the issue they became verbally abusive and hung up on us. I asked for a letter correcting their error and was told they would NOT send anything.....it was not their problem, and to deal with it.....Tina and the OWNER were so disrespectful. I can only imagine how they treat people that actually do owe money......I am contacting the healthcare system that uses this savage group....wish they had a "0" star rating......SAD

I must say that Susan is by far the nastiest human being. I understand that your JOB is to get payment BUT what YOU need to understand is that MOST people would LOVE to be able to pay their debts. I hope that you remain gainfully employed and NEVER have to experience dealing with a spawn of satan such as yourself. (On the other hand, maybe that is just what you need). I will pray for your soul.

After I demanded they stop calling me, their agents now call me from blocked numbers. Tina told me I was scum and that they will ruin my credit just because they can. The least professional organization I have ever experienced. No doubt they will be out of business soon given their complete lack of professionalism, bottom of the barrel employees, and total lack of any quality control.

They were really rude. I went into the office to handle an account and they were cursing and talking bad about about a few customers who also had accounts in their collection system. The way these people talk to you is like they have anger issues at home that they take out on the customers.
