Totally disappointing service for a Bank of America location. I dread entering this location. Only when necessary, will I go to this location. Lines are super long, office staff show no sense of urgency. The overall atmosphere is similar to an " island bank in the middle of bustling town". I will make the assumption that Bank of America Headquarters has disregarded this bank and its resident customers due to the type demographics serviced at this location. Wow....what a disappointing shame. Frankly, I doubt this bank will ever improve. May be consider closing it. Example: I went to this location on a weekday at 9:30am. There was only 1 bank teller. The line consisted of 6 customers...wow. There were 3 bank advisors, each with a customer. The lobby had 4 families waiting to be seen by the bank advisors.

This location is the ONLY Bank of America location where no one EVER answers the phone. I find it insulting so much so, that I called another bank to ask about notary services and was pleased with how quickly the phone was answered at the branch across the street (Wells Fargo) that instead drove over there and opened an account and got my documents notarized the same day.

Horrible I run a business and every time I come through the drive through they never pay attention takes over 15 minutes to even see I am there, I have deposit with money bad enough the area is so bad they have armed security outside they have attitudes just the most unprofessional bank I ever seen I rather drive 10 miles to a better bank then this one.

No new customer should have to wait 5 days for a check to be cleared. I have bills just like every other responsible human being. Why do i have to wait 5 days and everyone else has their money? I will no recommend this bank to anyone. I will go somewhere else.

Very slow and lazy tellers. Lines were forming up to the door and they continued training a trainee and dilly dally in with other stuff while only one teller actively dealt with the customers. Everyone was pissed. Poor management.

Horrible branch and a disgusting manager. As you wait for close to an hour in line you can watch the manager goof off a flirt with the tellers. This manager should be fired. He is rude and Bank of America should be ashamed!

Like taking 30 min to cash a simple check during slow hours? Well this is the place for you. Expect to spend at least 30min here for everything regardless of how many people are there. Avoid at all cost if possible
