After been a client of State Farm in Orlando ROCCO for many years and many years out of state home and vehicles, ROCCO SENT A NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF MY LICENSE TO THE FLORIDA HIGHWAY SAFETY MOTOR VEHICLES. IN THE LETTER OF SUSPENSION that I received FROM TALLAHASSEE, STATES: IN ADDITION, THE DEPARTMENT CANNOT EXPLAIN WHY THE CANCELLATION WAS SENT BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY; PLEASE ASK YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. I am a frequent traveler due to my job. I was taking care of problems abroad where all my home was burglarized and robbed and took longer to get back to reality here in USA. Rocco knows that because other occasions I was out of the country. What I CANNOT understand is why they SENT a NOTICE to the FSMV and Terry L. Rhodes Executive Director of the Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles actually responded: IN ADDITION, THE DEPARTMENT CANNOT EXPLAIN WHY THE CANCELLATION WAS SENT BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY; PLEASE ASK YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. I just moved my auto and homeowner’s insurance to Rocco’s agency after a 17-year stint with another company. I do not make these types of decisions lightly but after dealing with Rocco’s assistant Melany for a week, I decided to meet Rocco and Melany in person. After 30 minutes I was convinced that this was the agency for me. I’m a Customer Service manager so customer service is important to me. Working with Melany was a total joy because of the way she handled me and my requests during the initial quoting process. The only other thing I can say about Melany is that I wish she was on my staff. Rocco closed the deal…period. He took the time to talk to me and my wife more like a new friend than just someone who was trying to make money. I was recommended to Rocco and I’m now forwarding the recommendation. Though our interaction has been very brief, I feel very comfortable that if an issue arises, it will be handled in the most professional and understanding way.

I have been with them since July/Aug and my policy has never been correct. My name has been incorrect on the policy, communication is terrible and their follow-up is non-existent. I have dropped off papers they requested and office staff misplaces them. I have never seen such chaos for auto insurance. The topper.... received a cancellation notice while they are still fixing their errors.
