Used this firm to sue Disney as a result of a fall suffered by my wife in 2007. As a retired NY trial attorney I was shocked at their utter lack of preparedness. They ignored our instructions and broke numerous promises. We had a mistrial two years prior to our second trial in July of this year (Due to this lack of preparedness). We thought we would have a better experience the second time around as we knew exactly what Disney would do and they had promised to make the points and arguments we felt should be made. Even told them I would represent myself if they felt they could not do so. Even after numerous promises, they did a worse job the second time around. They ignored the most important points in the case and were totally unfamiliar with the important medical issues. They made no attempt to refute any of the medical arguments advanced by Disney, even though not supported by the records. They broke virtually every promise. Use them at your peril

In June 2007 my boat caught fire and sank. I was rescued by another boater moments before the boat sank. During the normal claims process my own insurance company blindsided me buy not only refusing to settle my claim but accused me of arson.
