I came to Kathy when my child was taken by his mother without my knowledge and moved 500 miles away. As one could imagine I was a complete mess. I was scared and felt very vulnerable at that point. Kathy was right there from the time that I walked into her office until the time our trial was over. She fought tooth and nail and spent countless hours going to bat for my son and I. One thing I appreciated about her is she always took the time to listen, and not because she was clocking hours but because she genuinely cares about people and it shows though her passion in what she does.. She is RELENTLESS in the courtroom and if you want a lawyer that is not there just to make her pocket fat she is definitely the person for you. Kathleen went out of her way in many ways. I will always be grateful .

I heard about Kathleen from a friend who hired her to help him gain custody of his son. I had an ex wife who was doing things that were making it extremely difficult for me to be a part of my daughters lives. I hired Kathleen to help me get the changes I was requesting. Bottom line is Kathleen fought for me in and out of court and needless to say both my ex wife and her attorney had a rude awaking when I was awarded more than I could of ever expected. If you are reading this review, you would be making a HUGE mistake by not hiring this attorney!!! She is the best at what she does!!!

Kathleen is the attorney you want. My marriage was traumatizing to both me and my children. I knew my divorce would be just as hard, if not harder.
