I am so upset at this point I could just cry! I have been without my phone for 2 weeks now. First, I had an okay experience with the company initially. After I received my replacement, I discovered the phone was damaged(there was a crack in the screen). I called and the first csr informed me that I had to send the phone back to their warehouse and as soon as I shipped the phone, call them and give them the tracking number and they would send out another phone. I did everything that was asked and then called with my tracking number just to be informed that i had to wait until the phone reached the warehouse and THEN they would send the other phone. I waited patiently for 3 days and called them this morning after the phone had arrived. After waiting 15 minutes on hold, the lady comes back to tell me that the phone I have is out of stock and to wait another 2 days for the solutions department to figure out what phone to send me. I spent $400 on this phone and they have to figure out which one to send me? I just sent them two phones with cracked screens. Fix one of those and send it back to me! I am one pissed off lady.

This is a disaster a big scam, insurance pay 12 dollar monthly charge 175 when you have trouble with the phone and then send you a phone repaired with technical defects making you lose time by going to the store claiming. at the end of the phone that you remplasan you can buy for the same price and better use on the street. I not recommend anyone to have this insurance. This jente are autorisados to swindle HP ARE !!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give them negative stars. I filed my claim with tmobile. A day later I find the our phone. I overnight their phone that I never even opened. They are telling me it will be close to three weeks to unblock the IMEI number. Then every puppet they have has a different lie. Today was funny trying to say the phone only arrived to day but we have a thing from fedex that it was signed days ago in their warehouse and on that day it was acknowledge they have the phone. We have filed a complaint. We have emailed every top executive of t mobile and the insurance department. I will not stop until we have our phone on. In all the years dealing with customers service this is by far the worst i have ever dealt with.

it was terrible. hold times on the phone of 20+ minutes. the messege relentlessly directs you to a web site that hangs up for a long time even after multiple tries. then you call again, and they send the new phone but forgot to send the return envelope - just a threat that if they dont get the old phone it will be $600/ more calls, non working website and their only way to get a new label is FAX a physical FAX - no email, web link or any other current technology. i told them i dont have a fax machine got rid of it 10 years ago. they said snail mail, but if i dont get it back they will charge me. just aweful.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEPLACE ELSE. I CANCELED MY PROPERTY INSURANCE BY PHONE LAST YEAR AFTER 1 YEAR AND 37% INCREASE . THEY CONTINUED TO TAKE PREMIUMS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR 2 YEARS. DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT. I BELIEVE THEY DID NOT PROCESS CANCELLATION BECAUSE I DID NOT GIVE THEM A COPY IF MY NEW INSURANCE LAST YEAR. WHAT ARE THEY THE INSURANCE POLICE? NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER. THEY ARE CROOKS THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACTS.

AWFUL customer service, fraudulent practices. Assurant owed me $800 and when I tried to find the customer service number to speak to them about how to process the exchange the woman rudely claimed she had nothing to do with Assurant, and hung up on me. Strange, espcially since the number I called was listed on their website. I think they are a scam company, but not entirely sure. Beware! I am always skeptical of companies that do not give numbers on their website but happily take money from you.

Had a damaged wood bed frame bought used for $80 when its actual value new was $250, so the employee who came to "investigate" my situation did what was best for me and got me money back based on its value rather than the price I found it at, when I was unaware I could do this and was fine with just getting whatever left from the $80. It was a fast and easy process, and I got more back than my actual bed even cost.

Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. The customer service fails at every opportunity. The company has the most unprofessional staffing I have ever witnessed. Their lack of concern for the customer is only outweighed by their incompetence. This company is a disaster.

I had the absolute WORST experice with this company. I have no clue why I have to pay $10/monthly for this p.o.s. excuse for an insurance company. I paid my deductible, and it has been OVER 1 month and I have yet to receive a replacement phone. I was given 2nd day shipping but NOTHING.
