Customer service is easily the worst i have dealt with. If you do not fully understand any single part part of the process, then they will get angry and out the window goes all willingness to work with you reasonably. Let me reiterate that the receptionist gets testy as soon as either you or her dont understand one singular detail of everything you talk to her about, and i mean any tiny thing. The rest of the staff isnt much better unfortunately, and they will also try to make you feel stupid for not fully understanding the industry. Prices aside I personally would never recommend alan galvez insurance to anyone based on the overwhelming rudeness that comes with customer service.
