I just want to acknowledge the good treatment and care of the office and all those who work in that department especially yaima, with the only thing I am not satisfied it is with the insurance company UAIC. poor customer service and delay in resolving issues of them and in the end not satisfy their insured value or damage accurately

Very bad, a lot of incoordination, you sell one thing and at the end everything is a lie, I had to change my agent in more than 2 occasions and no one is able to do a good job, they just want your money, humanity is over.

I am sure I would have given 5 stars, were it not for the difficulty in communicating with the staff at this particular office (I only speak English), because they have been very courteous and helpful in keeping me informed of any changes to my account. They have called me on several occasions to check if I was pleased with the service I was receiving, and if I had any questions. Overall, I have been impressed with the level of service received.

Firstly, they gave me a complete information and advice by phone about the insurance policy I needed for my car.
