I had been a Nationwide customer for 28 years. After retirement, my wife and I moved from rural upstate New York to Gibsonton Florida. We lost our multiple policy discount (home + auto) because Nationwide does not underwrite homeowners policies in the state of Florida and then the cost of our auto policy doubled! After shopping around I found that Nationwide was not even competitive in the state of Florida! Every insurance company I contacted was less expensive! We signed an auto policy with AMICA at $700 a year less for the exact same coverage. The downside was that all communications were over the internet and very impersonal, with no local agent to deal with. At the end of a year, the cost of our auto policy went up by $700! Note that there were no claims filed and no points charged to either of our drivers licenses over the course of the year! After shopping around for the second year in a row, I decided against any company not offering a local agent and relying strictly on the internet for communications. I focused on the best price from a major player within the insurance industry with an excellent rating. State Farm fit the bill and Debbie at the Mark Rossmiller Agency was a pleasure to deal with. Debbie was very personable and professional. She handled all our requests in an efficient and reasonable time frame. Our new auto insurance policy is $200 a year less than what Nationwide or AMICA wanted for the identical coverage. I have also made some Mutual Fund investments with State Farm. I highly recommend the Mark Rossmiller Agency for all your insurance needs.

I was pleased to meet with Debbie Carroll on Monday, October 21st. Unfortunately, it was under unpleasant circumstances. My uncle passed away and left an annuity for me. She was extremely sympathetic to our needs and very understanding. I had no idea what any of these procedures meant and she was very patient with us. She went over every little detail with genuine concern for our wellbeing. I was so delighted that my uncle worked with Mrs. Carroll because she was so very pleasant. I have been with State Farm for a couple years now and I love this office. It was the most affordable insurance plan for me by at least $50 less a month than everywhere else. All of the women that work there are incredibly friendly and understanding. I live paycheck and paycheck and sometimes I have to pay my auto insurance a few days late, they never make me feel bad about it, the office always tries to work with me. I genuinely feel like they care and have my best interest in mind. I will never leave this office. They provide the best customer service I have ever received.
