I recently had a slight accident backing out of my driveway. Having changed to Erie recently, I was concerned about the process. I was concerned because my previous insurance company made me do all of the work ....finding the body shop, making the appointment, renting a replacement car etc. With Erie you have concierge service! A representative at Erie called me to set up the body shop visit, the rental, and answered any questions I had. I did not have to do a thing! I had heard that Erie was good but they were fabulous! Kind, thoughtful and prompt! Eric has been in touch as has his secretary to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. I am so very glad I switched to Eric and Erie! Marilyn Hoff

The only reason I gave one star is I wanted to make sure my experience posted. My experience was totally different than others reported. The information I was given regarding changing flood insurance was totally incorrect. It took about 3 weeks and lots of wasted time to finally learn what I should have been told to begin with. And that information came from an entirely different source. I asked that Eric call be back and either the he did not get the message or ignored it.
