Terrible service I waited a banker I attended a woman needed to close my accounts had 4 told me I could not I asked that I canceled the savings I closed them went to pick up my money there tells me someone that counts the could close of immediately if he wanted, ok I had to go back to wait for me attend another person and I close my bone accounts that made me lose twice as long in the end it was worth it, the Bank is a combo disservice TRANZAS aND FRAUD.

DONT EVER try to deposit money through this drive through ATM I tryed depositing 75 Bucks and it only read 45 on both trys. They try to steal your money. PLUS Customer Service inside this Branch SUCKS. I took my daughing in with me to open up a bank account and she kept telling my 1 year old baby to be quiet when all she was doing was babling not crying or anything like that. I ended up going to the wells fargo on tower next to the walmart. I dont even know why I opened up an account with wells fargo considering all the fraud they have been doing like opening unauthorized credit cards just to satify the managers. And I also could give a -1 I would.

Awful branch, no one seems to know whats going on with any of my issues. Spent two luch breaks here just chasing down one issue. Way understaffed and now they have cancled my debit card after asking them not to. Finally a manager of some sort tried to make me feel as if she was doing me some huge favor for resolving my problem. Avoid this place if possible.

This is the worst location ever. They are rude. Clearly see the lines being huge and they take there sweat time. They close the drive thru at noon before a holiday. That us stupid being 3x more people come in to the bank. Horrible customer service. I might just consider switching banks.
