State Farm has been my insurer for 26 years, Anne Sandoval has been my agent for probably 20 of those years. I always know that I can call anytime and I truly feel that her staff is there to help me and WANT to help me. I had two glass claims back to back this summer - My sun roof literally exploded - I was just waiting for the push back from my insurance as it is an odd occurrence. As soon as that was fixed, my windshield cracked all the way across. I know! I felt like I had a target on me!! It was handled kindly and expeditiously at a time when I had come to expect everything to go wrong. I cannot thank you enough for taking care of all of my insurance needs in a professional and responsive manner. I will remain a customer for life.

I recently moved to Colorado and so I transferred my insurance to Anne Sandoval State Farm here. I have been working with Jodi Ortega, one of the wonderful associates there. She has been so wonderful in working with me and my fiance. There was a slight issue at first with our billing, but she knew the issue and got it all taken care of! She also went above and beyond, making sure things were done properly. Jodi has been so great to work with! I now always and only work with her because she has been so great!

We have been with Anne since she set up shop at Tower & Hampden in Aurora, CO many years ago. She has set up policies on a number of vehicles, a couple different houses, disability, umbrella policies, and annuities. They go out of their way to get us the most cost effective policy as possible. She and her staff have always been extremely helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and professional all along the way. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Faviola, and she was wonderful! Very helpful and took her time to make sure that I understood everything. I had received a cheaper quote from another company but after dealing with the other company I decided to use State Farm. The customer experience that I received from Faviola and Sara were amazing. We have never been happier with this agency. Our claims have always been handled professionally and accurately. The office is always a joy to go into. We cant say one bad thing about them. They have extended hours 8-6 Monday through Friday and are even open on Saturdays 9-5. They really care! CJ
