Heather Hartter exemplifies the outstanding customer service you can expect from Pirie Jensen State Farm Insurance. I have been their client since 2001 and have always been 100% delighted with their service, advice, and commitment to ensuring that I have the right, best coverage for my situation. For example, a few years back, they contacted me and suggested that I upgrade to an umbrella policy; the net was that I ended up with much better coverage while actually lowering my overall premiums by a few hundred dollars per year! More recently, after a bad accident on the freeway, Heather helped me feel safe, that I was being taken care of, and very efficiently resolved my claim; the accident ended up as a total loss and I had my check literally 7 days later. I live in Hawaii but my son was going to college in Santa Clara and he shipped his SUV to California for his senior year. I called the local office and Pirie Jensen arranged everything so that he could drive his car the same day it arrived and was insured. The rest of the process was very smooth and since I was only there one day they changed their schedules so I could be accomodated. On a recent call I spoke with a Beth Kimball and she actually remembered me from a year ago and helped me resolve a minor situation in five minutes. I retired from the Hotel business after 27 years and can honestly say this office cares about their clients and provides excellent service.

Heather has been my agent since I purchased my house and carries my home owner and flood insurance. I recently had the property reassessed to find that it longer requires flood insurance. Heather was of great help in getting me a refund for the current term but didn’t there and also got me a refund for the prior term. This showed me how she’s truly focused on customer satisfaction and acts for the best of my interests. I really appreciate her proactive communication as I don’t have to worry about calling back multiple times to make sure things are moving forward. Thanks again for great customer service and for making my life easier.

I was clueness about life insurance and called/emailed/text a lot, trying to get more info, Pirie has been so patient with me. She always takes time out to explain. Aside from being friendly and professional, I really appreciate that she goes the extra mile to help, even if it doesn’t benefit her directly. I still come to her with questions and she is always consistent with her customer service. I really feel she is genuine and strives to have long term relationships with her customers. Her assistant, Beth is also very friendly and professional.

I wanted a personable experience with my insurance agent and that is what I got with Pirie. If I have any questions or need additional information before I make a decision I can call and get all of my questions answered. I was tired of answering machines and computers asking me to press this or that number for an automated response. Now when I call I get a live person that is always willing and able to help me or answer any of my questions. Thank you Pirie and everyone in your office!!!

Pirie and her staff was great! When I first moved to San Jose about 3 years ago Pirie was very helpful and treated me as if I was in her family, looking out for the best of interest of myself and my budget. Gave me one quote that was higher than gieco for similar coverage by some $15 per month. I agreed for reasons of my own. 5 days later, when the time came to sign up, her assistant calls and raises the rate by another $20 - gives some reason that didnt even make sense. What a waste of time - lost 5 days in the process.
