I was t-boned on the driver side of my car by a driver who did not see a stop sign near downtown San Jose, CA. The driver was driving pretty fast for a residential area and did not have enough time to slow down at all so when he did make contact, the impact spun my car into oncoming traffic. Luckily nobody else hit me and unluckily I have been dealing with pain from my injuries, loss of work, out of pocket fees and many headaches dealing with the insurance company. I was not getting any help from my own insurance company or the liable persons insurance so in total frustration I googled car accident lawyers and I called Car Accident Pros. It did not take long for me to be able to speak with Adam about my accident and I truly can not emphasize enough the relief I felt after doing so. We had an over the phone consultation and went over all the details of the accident and what has been going on since. Adam was extremely polite, honest, and non judgmental in our conversation and made me feel taken care of. Given the fact that I was feeling thrown to the alligators with no hope in sight (that is exactly how insurance companies make you feel) I feel more than fortunate to have called him and to have him on my side.

CAR ACCIDENT LAWYER I called on August 10, 2017 to discuss my car accident that occurred July 10, 2017. I was t-boned at a 4-way stop while going through an intersection in my 2005 Scion XB. The woman who hit me had been driving a Toyota Tundra. Although there were no injuries, my car was totaled. Shortly after the accident, I was notified by my insurance that the woman was now suing for injuries and claiming I hit her. I was provided with a free consultation with Attorney Cliff who was very helpful, honest, and quelled my anxiety after I gave him the details of my accident. I just called in for a consultation. I got a call center represenative who took down my information and after doing so she transfered me to a paralegal. Julie helped go over the case with me and asked me very thorough questions. She then forwarded me over to Donald. Donald and I were on the phone for an approximately 45 minutes. I got in an accident a couple weeks ago and the other parties insurance found me 20 percent at fault. Without the help of iAccidentLawyer I would not have known about the possibility of my insurance going into arbitration with the other parties insurance.
